Must Make Recipe: So hard to choose, but suggest Grilled Lamb Chops with Golden Chanterelles & Wild Blueberry Chutney. Or Marcela’s Marinated Mushrooms--a blend of wild species in a spiced oil confit (great entertaining recipe).
